منجمع بس المعلومات اللي بتبعتها إلنا بإرادتك عبر نموذج التواصل («اطلب باقتك»):
ومنسجّل معلومات تقنية بسيطة مع كل إرسال (عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، وقت الإرسال) — بس لمنع الرسائل المزعجة (سبام)، مش للتتبع.
ما منستخدم كوكيز تتبع، وما منراقب تصفّحك، وما في تسجيل حسابات ولا كلمات سر.
ما منبيع بياناتك، وما منشاركها لأغراض إعلانية، ولا منبعتلك رسائل دعائية بلا إذنك.
بياناتك بتتخزن على سيرفر خاص فينا موجود بأوروبا. الموقع بيمرّ عبر خدمة Cloudflare (شبكة توصيل وحماية) اللي بتعالج الاتصال تقنياً. لإرسال إشعارات الطلبات لإيميلنا منستعين بمزود بريد. هدول مزوّدو خدمة تقنيين فقط، ومنشاركهم أقل قدر لازم لتشغيل الخدمة.
منحتفظ برسالتك طول ما إلها علاقة بطلبك أو بعلاقتنا معك. لما ما تعود لازمة، منحذفها — وبأي وقت فيك تطلب حذفها فوراً.
إذا ربطت حساب تيك توك تبعك بـFlowMotions، منطلب صلاحيتين اثنتين بس: user.info.basic (تعريف الحساب المربوط) وvideo.upload (رفع فيديو لصندوق المسودات تبعك). ما منطلب ولا منملك صلاحية النشر المباشر (video.publish) — تقنياً ما فينا ننشر شي على حسابك.
شو منخزّن بالضبط: معرّف الحساب (open_id) وتوكنات الوصول والتجديد ونطاق الصلاحيات وتواريخ الربط. ما منخزّن اسم العرض ولا صورة الحساب ولا قائمة المتابعين ولا أي فيديو من حسابك ولا أي بيانات تحليلية عنه.
شو منعمل بالرفع: منرفع فيديو من نظام الإنتاج تبعنا إلى صندوق المسودات الخاص بحسابك. الفيديو بيوصلك كمسودة خاصة، وما بينشر أبداً إلا لما تفتح تطبيق تيك توك وتكتب الوصف وتضغط نشر بإيدك. ما في نشر آلي، ولا نشر نيابةً عنك، ولا جدولة.
وين بتتخزن: التوكنات محفوظة على نفس السيرفر الخاص فينا بصلاحيات وصول مقيّدة (قراءة/كتابة للمالك فقط)، مش على أي خدمة طرف ثالث. ما منشاركها ولا منبيعها ولا منستعملها لأي غرض تاني غير الرفع اللي طلبته.
كم بنضلها وكيف بتفصل الربط: منضل محتفظين فيها طول ما الحساب مربوط، وبتنمحى فوراً عند فصل الربط. بتفصل من تطبيق تيك توك ← الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الأمان والصلاحيات ← إدارة صلاحيات التطبيقات ← احذف FlowMotions. أو راسلنا على [email protected] ومنمحي التوكنات خلال ٧٢ ساعة. بكلتا الحالتين ما بيبقى إلنا أي وصول لحسابك.
If you connect your TikTok account we request only user.info.basic and video.upload. We do not request video.publish, so we cannot post publicly on your behalf. We store only your open_id, the access and refresh tokens, the granted scope and connection timestamps — no display name, no avatar, no follower data, no videos, no analytics. Uploads go to your own creator inbox as a private draft; nothing is published until you write the caption and publish it yourself in the TikTok app. Tokens sit on our own server with restricted permissions, are never shared or sold, and are deleted the moment you disconnect. Revoke any time from TikTok → Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions, or email [email protected] (deleted within 72 hours).

What we collect. Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email, optional business name, chosen plan, and your message. With each submission we also log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) solely for spam prevention.
No tracking. We use no tracking cookies, we do not profile your browsing, and there are no accounts or passwords.
Why. To reply to your request, prepare a relevant plan, and protect the form from abuse. We never sell or ad-share your data.
Where it's stored. On our own private server located in Europe. Traffic is delivered through Cloudflare (network/security layer), and order notifications are sent to us via an email provider. These are technical processors only.
Retention. Kept only as long as it's relevant to your request; deleted afterwards, or immediately on request.
Your GDPR rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. To exercise any of them, email [email protected].
